Mercer University is pleased to offer a professional program in physician assistant studies which awards the Master of Medical Science (MMSc) degree.

The Mercer Physician Assistant program of study is full-time and spans seven (7) consecutive semesters (28 months).

Mercer has recruited a highly qualified group of students with many different types of medical training and life experiences. Despite our diverse backgrounds, the members of the class of 2026 are united in our love for science, medicine and our desire to apply this learning for the benefit of the patients who will depend on our care.

Mercer PA Creepy Crawly 5K is a TRAIL run/walk open to all ages. Please note that the trail does not permit strollers and may be difficult for some younger participants.

COSTUMES ARE ENCOURAGED! Dogs on leashes are welcome! 

PRIZES for top runners, best costume, and best pet costume!!

Cost: 
$25 registration online (free T-shirt guaranteed if registered by October 5th, 2023 & while supplies last if registered by October 25th, 2023)

Day-of registration also available but without commemorative Creepy Crawly 5K T-shirt. 
$20 registration for Seniors 65+ 
Children 10 and under run free (Does NOT include a t-shirt)

Mercer University's Physician Assistant Program is proud to present the 13th annual Creepy Crawly 5K Run/Walk. We are thankful for the opportunity to study medicine and understand the positive impact we can have in the communities where we will practice. This project, which will benefit Good Samaritan Health Centers of Gwinnett, represents our commitment to outreach while we are still students. Our program views this 5K as an opportunity to raise money for an important cause, as well as an occasion for our class to acquaint Mercer University and the PA profession with our surrounding community.
